When acting as General Contractor, Freedom Group provides a quote to provide services to complete a construction project to a client’s specifications.

The work involves, hiring, supervising, and managing subcontractors. During construction, Freedom Group applies its cost control, change management, and scheduling services to plan and deliver a timely and cost-efficient construction project.

How does our process work?

We know that to do any sort of renovation or real-estate project, you have a lot on your mind. That’s why we’ve outlined our easy process in 5-simple steps.

The initial site visit with the owner where we meet and go over your project goals, and agree upon the design and scope of work.
We begin to work with our trusted partners to request pricing from the subtrades and suppliers.
Using the subtrades and supplier pricing received in step 2, we prepare a project tender proposal, including a detailed scope of work and pricing.
Depending on the Owners requirements, the pricing proposal and contract can be either in the form of a fixed (stipulated) price or a Cost Plus budget price.
Before mobilizing to the jobsite, we develop a detailed project schedule and inspect the jobsite for potential hazards/hurdles. We then schedule the mobilization date with this information, procure the required tools, materials and equipment and prepare them for delivery to the jobsite.
The day has come, and construction is ready to begin!
The team will gain control of the work area and look after the coordination, supervision, and safety of everyone on the jobsite.
Work progress will be monitored and reported to the Owner regularly. We also document and price out any changes to the work scope before implementing any changes to the construction activities.
The owner goes through the final delivery with Freedom Group to ensure all of the requirements have been met and they can enjoy their space.
